On Friday 21 August we were privileged to host Rowena Szeszeran McEvoy at our assembly.

Rowena spoke to us about health and well being – staying happy and healthy so we will all be fabulous at 50.

She gave us five simple things that we can all do:

  • Be Happy
  • Drink More Water
  • Eat More Fruit and Vegetables
  • Get Puffed Four Times Every Day
  • Be Strong


It was a fun, entertaining and very educational talk and no matter how old we are now, we can all take something from it to make our lives better.
